| First strike on 12-14 Feb 2013 |
The strike is a continuation that has been carried out at 12-14 in February 2013 due to PT. Tangkas as a business enterprise security services for PT. Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper deny collective agreement and conduct unilateral termination of the three security workers.
During the three-day strike last PT. Tangkas does not indicate its intention to adhere to the contents of the Collective Agreement for the workers to increase their demands to expel Tangkas.
Solidarity and support for the strike comes from all the unions in entire PT. Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper is SPPT TeL and SP3-TEL, as well as the full support of its affiliates is FSP2KI, KSN and IndustryALL Global Union.
Secretary-General IndustriALL even sent a letter of solidarity to FSP2KI about full support for this strike.
Also launched an online petition to get public support for a strike SPS PT. TEL.
